Tomaseina Parker-Talib MSW, LCSW, LCAS-A
Wilson Site Manager
Tomaseina is originally from Wilson, NC and has a BS degree in Criminology from Barton College, a MA degree in Human Services from Liberty University, and a MSW from WNMU. Tomaseina possesses over 12 years of experience working with adults and children with serious and persistent mental health and substance abuse issues in both inpatient and outpatient settings and is certified in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Tomaseina has worked independently as an outpatient therapist for the last two years, and has worked on various multidisciplinary teams including IIH, CST, and ACT services over the years. She joined Carolina Outreach as the Wilson Site Manager in 2020.
