Meet our on-site leader
Naquille Curtis, MSW, LCSW
Durham Site Manager
Naquille received his dual Bachelors and Masters Degree in Social Work in 2017 from the University at Buffalo in New York. Most of his clinical practice has been within the community mental health sphere, supporting on case management and Assertive Community Treatment teams with the severely and persistently mentally ill population for several years. He attained full licensure as a licensed clinical social worker in 2024.
Naquille believes that access to mental health services is essential and actively works, both personally and professionally, to ensure stigma surrounding help and receiving help is no longer a fearful topic. His main philosophy is to always meet patients and collaborators where they are at any given moment and prepare them for their next stage of becoming their true selves. Naquille has expertise in crisis management, substance use disorders, life transitions, and moderate-to-severe psychosis. He is also dedicated to training and directing the next generation of social workers to ensure the community continues to receive the best evidence-based practices possible.
